    Pros

Great company. Lots of hard working and caring people. Lots of opportunities to show you are smart and driven if you are interested in upward mobility. Overall highly recommend; you won't find a better company to work for.

    Cons

Communication between different functional departments could be improved. Lack of alignment on goals and priorities is counter-productive.

    Advice to Management

Take on initiatives to improve interdepartmental communication and better align goals so all team members work together efficiently.

I have been working at Crane Aerospace & Electronics full-time

    Pros

Interesting work, great people, good work-life balance. Stress free, laid back. Honestly best place I've worked so far, I really like the job and the company.

    Cons

Company is a little old-school. Some policies are a bit outdated. This "isn't google" there is no free lunch, (not even coffee!), std. vaca policy, etc. Personally, I don't really care but some people could.

    Advice to Management

Attract more young people by revisiting some of the policies and staying competative.

    Pros

The 9/80 hour work schedule. Company Culture. I really enjoy my time there. It is a very rewarding experience.

    Cons

Employee turn over is high. Sometimes, it can be difficult because the work may be boring. But there is not much to complain about.

    Advice to Management

I think they should give the bottom line workers a better chance for promotion. Other than that there is not much to be said

I have been working at Crane Aerospace & Electronics as an intern

    Pros

Fantastic place to work! The company truly values diversity in their employees and values each employee's unique skill sets. Managers provide excellent guidance and training and are very friendly and take the time out to get to know everyone and their goals. A lot of opportunities for experience and professional growth. The company highly encourages an open, friendly, and collaborative environment among employees and company customers.

    Cons

When employees leave for vacation and something goes wrong in their area, there is normally no other person who can troubleshoot in their absence
