Pros
IT Management is improving, IT dept has great understanding leaders who empower you to grow and gain lots of knowledge. Suggesting of new ideas is welcomed.
Cons
Company culture is old fashioned, management needs to invest in its employees and improve employee moral. Many end-users put lots of pressure on IT due to their managers not being understanding. Upper management also needs to understand that investing more in IT will assist with "putting out fires" and allow IT to be proactive in foreseeing future upcoming issues.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Crane Worldwide Logistics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Some talented and good people in the TX HQ that cared about the company, employees and the clients. But they were in the minority. And they were not in a position to help the good talent that needed support in the field.
Cons
Unprofessional and toxic leadership in many of the local offices. Anything goes. No corporate structure, no communication from leadership, no support. Bad behavior, rude, unacceptable treatment of employees is overlooked, swept under the rug. Verbal abuse is normal.

Good company culture, they care about employees.
