Pros
Great family oriented enviroment to work in. People were awesome and to this day we still keep in contact. There was loyalty from the employees as some worked there for many many years.
Cons
Location was in the heart of Atlanta which for many commuting became a nightmare due to the city's increasing traffic issue.

Pros
Crawford exposed me to so many different parts of the post production industry and allowed me to form relationships with some very influential people in the industry.
Cons
There is very little room for personal or professional growth within the company. Speaking your mind and throwing out ideas for improvement within the company are never taken seriously. Upper management has been known to change an employee's title and responsibilities with zero notice and zero pay increase.

Pros
*Some awesome content to watch and archive *Flexible schedule and management *Fair compensation for work required
Cons
*As a freelance, contract position, it can be feast or famine as far as work that is available. *While some content is cool to archive, much of it is dry and can get boring. *Fairly steep technical requirements, especially regarding bandwidth, restrict your ability to work away from home or an shared office space. Recently this issue has been compounded by data caps in my city. For best results, you really need to have more than just regular household internet. Fastest speeds for residential services will suffice, but getting hit with a rolling outage or temporary congestion can hinder your ability to make money with this job.

Pros
You get to work from home and weekly pay.
Cons
No communication, hardly any work, they will lock you out for no reason and they will refuse to give you one, training is a joke, if you have questions you better hope you find the answer online because your supervisor will not respond to give you any feedback. Also, they will not pay you your last paycheck. Very unprofessional company.

Pros
Friendly staff One of the top companies in the field Great benefits
Cons
No room to move up in company Can be a divide between workers in different departments. Low workers who make the company tons of money don't get paid much considering the revenue generated. Some workers do half the work of others and project managers don't seem to notice or care.

Pros
The culture is good as there is a sense of community among the staff and attempts are made to make the employees happy. The business has a tendency towards long hours, so that's no fault of the individual company
Cons
There is a small group of people at the top of the org chart and they run the show. This is the case at most smaller companies, so again, not necessarily the fault of the individual company.
