    State of the art facility and equipment refresh every three to five years

    Cons

    Some long hours which is expected in the I.T. world but without personnel backup to relieve me to get rest.

    Stay away from new bleeding edge technology. Respect and depend on your valued employees

    Pros

    Good salary, work at home, great immediate supervisors. Frequent training and webinars (Best practices, Business Code of ethics, Sexual harassment in the workplace.) Wonderful co-workers. Understanding and great acceptance of work-life balance.

    Cons

    Upper management is clueless on the talents of different units. They let good people "go" instead of finding other positions for them within the company.

    Advice to Management

    To upper management - Meet each and everyone of your people you manage and see how you can use their talents in other areas of the company

    Pros

    Performed all general office functions. Retrieved and filed document and files in alpha and numeric orders. Setting new claims. And learned how to operate different computer systems and programs.

    Cons

    The company lost one of our top client and went down hill. Many lay offs.
