Relaxed, casual work environment. Awesome coworkers. Lots of opportunity for advancement locally and globally. Engaged and down-to-earth leadership. Competitive pay and great benefits. Company is willing to invest in you if you are willing to work hard and commit. Professional development opportunities. Sense of doing something important. Love the customer focus.
Cons
It's very fast-paced - if you have downtime something is wrong. You will continuously be pushed to go beyond your comfort zone, which is great for learning, but stressful. Can be quick to burn out if you can't take the pressure in stride.

Pros
CreateSpace was one of the best places I have ever worked. Everyone in the office is beyond helpful and friendly to work among. I could not say better things about the company and the people that work there.
Cons
One of the hardest parts of the job is the types of contacts you get some times. It was not uncommon to have a pleasant conversation with one member then get the next person on the phone yelling at you. Luckily, the angry contacts were outliers and the majority of people who call and email in are nice and easy individuals to work with.
