    Pros

An incredibly smart and progressive company with leading innovators in almost every area of expertise in the entertainment space. Great place to be entrepreneurial

    Cons

I have no cons at this present moment. See above. It is a great company to gain experience and transitions into other areas.

    Advice to Management

I would advise management to continue to expand and acquire adjacent business that will further diversify the company, and focus on asset building.

I worked at Creative Artists Agency

    Pros

The industry contacts are great, connections and industry insiders can help you to make it in hollywood for sure. Great place to start.

    Cons

Very low salary and minimal if any benefits for everyone except agents and executives. Tough atmosphere and very stressful for the vast majority of people and they have a very high turnover because of the stress level. Lost of big egos as well.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to your low level employees because many of them have great ideas have they have never had a chance to express them and perhaps be more upfront about the crazy long hours that everyone expected to do even people who barely make a living at all.

    Cons

Too much politics and feels like high scool

    Advice to Management

Hire pay for assistants. Other then that, I don't think much will change with the company. Very old school approach

I worked at Creative Artists Agency full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great place to get your career in entertainment started, where you can get an inside out view of the business of talent representation. Can definitely be an entrepreneurial experience when it comes to carving out your own niche.

    Cons

No consistency in the promotion process. HR department is not transparent or very supportive. You can get lost if you don't voice your specific goals and interests.

    Advice to Management

Investing in your assistants' professional development MIGHT make up for the lack of monetary compensation. Logging in overtime should also be encouraged if work is actually being done, rather that discouraging it.
