I worked at Creative Artists Agency

    Pros

Amazing culture, everyone is willing to help you even across departments. Agents really allow assistants to dive in and learn from hands on experience and listen on every call.

    Cons

Long hours and very low pay as an assistant.

I worked at Creative Artists Agency full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great exposure to entertainment industry. Meet a ton of people. Always a lot of excitement happening. Working at CAA with teach you a lot and help you get to wherever you want to go next (if you don’t want to be an agent).

    Cons

Long hours and not great pay for assistants, but that is to be expected in this industry. Moving up can be difficult to navigate and very political.
