Pros
I have worked with the lovely folks from Creative Circle all across the US and very much like how kind, thoughtful and attentive they are to ensuring the hiring process goes as smoothly as possible. They are great at following up most of the time and do their best to advocate for me in all situations. They do great follow-up on jobs that they have presented me for. I highly recommend them!
Cons
They need to get some processes more organized when a new hire is starting work. Some communications were missing from the process and it got a little messy and time-consuming to get the project going in their portal.

Pros
There’s plenty of opportunities if you could even qualify or get any of them. The recruiting staff I spoke to all seem pretty nice and they do call and email respond personally (not automation). CC a big name in the recruitment industry.
Cons
I’ve not gotten a single placement with CC despite being told my portfolio is amazing compared to their other active candidates. The communication with the recruiters is often terrible where I would call back, leave voicemails, send texts, send emails and still receive no responses. Many of the email job blasts appear fake as I applied to all that I was qualified and overqualified for, just to be ignored or never heard back or they somehow chosen someone who have “more experience” doing the most basic work which is wild to me. Just the other day, I received 6 rejections from CC for roles that I qualified and would’ve done MUCH more for. I don’t know who’s getting hired by CC but this agency is a waste of time. I don’t recommend them unless you’re desperate. Also, they often have roles with companies that are unstable and constantly restructuring–basically no job security even with full time roles. Lots of the roles are with companies that have churn and burn models. There’s no real human interactions here; everyone just wants their commission and couldn’t care less about you. You only get jobs if you’re friends with a recruiter. They also take a huge cut for hourly rates and tons of the jobs are extremely low pay.
