Pros
I have worked with the lovely folks from Creative Circle all across the US and very much like how kind, thoughtful and attentive they are to ensuring the hiring process goes as smoothly as possible. They are great at following up most of the time and do their best to advocate for me in all situations. They do great follow-up on jobs that they have presented me for. I highly recommend them!
Cons
They need to get some processes more organized when a new hire is starting work. Some communications were missing from the process and it got a little messy and time-consuming to get the project going in their portal.

Pros
The recruiter does all the communicating to connect you with a client. Once you're connected there's an introductory/interview meeting with the client to decide from both ends if the assignment is a good fit for both the freelancer and the client. I'm working 15hrs a week and I'm eligible for benefits through the creative circle! Submitting timesheets are easy, and deposits are made weekly.
Cons
Nothing to complain about, working with Creative Circle and their clients have been a blast so far!
