    Pros

Creative Circle has good realtionships with many employers and can find you contract, temp or freelance to hire positions.

    Cons

They often get quiet and you have to remind them that you are still job hunting.

    Advice to Management

Contact the people you try to help find jobs on a regular basis to toich base.

I have been working at Creative Circle (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Contract/Freelance temp, temp-to-perm & perm job opportunities emailed directly to you based on your skill set. You reply with your level of interest and skills that are directly related to the job posting. You may or may not get a response from Creative Circle (CC) or the potential client. The hourly rates are decent for the Milwaukee market.

    Cons

I would prefer a representative be assigned to me to let me know of job opportunities that fit my skills or at least to be able to contact with questions. I end up with a different CC contact person for every job placement I accept. I have never met anyone from CC in person since I deal with their office in Chicago and I'm located in Milwaukee.

I worked at Creative Circle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Reasonable starting pay, bonuses, PTO, and benefits. Laid back work environment for the most part (fun music, casual clothes, etc)

    Cons

Small group of people handling a heavy work load, lack of real leadership from management, money hungry at the cost of employee's well being, no true work culture, and lack of career growth. High staff turn over due to these reasons.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees at all levels of the company. Unless you're a recruiter or account executive, it seems the company doesn't seem to care much about making you feel valued, rewarded and providing opportunities for professional growth. You miss out on good talent by not making sure they're needs are met.

I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Recruiters work hard to get you work. You don't feel like another number in system. They also try to get you a raise of possible. Consistently get hired through them.

    Cons

Need to offer better hourly rates. Cannot live off most of the rates they offer which means burning myself out on other part time jobs.

    Advice to Management

Please reconsider paying your talent more money. 5 extra dollars makes a difference. Especially when you aren't allowed overtime.

I worked at Creative Circle full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have the creative staffing market locked down. If you want to apply for a lot of the jobs out there they can get you an interview if you are a good fit.

    Cons

They set you and forget you. No follow up from the staff when your contracts are about to run out. Terrible response time when you contact them. Besides the receptionist, it's very hard to get someone on the phone.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your contractors. They are the life blood of your business.

    Pros

Direct access to competing jobs hires. The tram seems to scour the internet for jobs that are suited to your skills.

    Cons

Not always in communication. Makes the talent seems forgotten or lost to the cause of finding work.

    Advice to Management

Gather job sources from other, more exclusive sources, and also direct from hiring companies. Give talent more insight to process.
