I worked at Creative Circle full-time

    Pros

Met a lot of friends while working here.

    Cons

Every day was exactly the same...You made cold calls ALL morning, then were allowed to leave the office possibly in the afternoon to go on client meetings. It was a very structured and micromanaged environment, which does not really work for me. I need an employer that trusts me to do my job, and that I will get it done.

I worked at Creative Circle full-time

    Pros

Company culture is very flat in terms of structure
    Good opportunity to make money

    Cons

    Recruiters are over-worked
Candidates can at time be very overbearing
Recruiting job is more much of a customer service role than an actual recruiter role

    Advice to Management

Find a way to retain your employees. Too often great employees leave because of lack of leadership in their offices.

I worked at Creative Circle as a contractor

    Pros

Helpful recruiters, detailed client and job descriptions. Lots of opportunities.

    Cons

Tough to break into their regular pool of talent. Lower pay than expected for contract gigs, which is to be expected using a recruiting agency.

    Advice to Management

Take some risks on new promising talent, and go to bat for what your talent is worth to clients.
