I have been working at Creative Circle (Less than a year)

    Pros

I applied for an off-site freelance position on a jobs site that happened to be a Creative Circle job. I was called for an interview a week or so later. The position I applied for was no longer available, but they listened to what kind of jobs I was hoping to pick up as a freelancer. Another week went by and I got a call about a potential job which sounded right up my alley. I interviewed with the client the next day and was hire by them immediately.

    Cons

Only con so far is the process of how everything works between Creative Circle, the talent and the client are a little vague, but everyone I've talked to has been extremely pleasant, helpful and have answered my questions as they come up.

    Pros

Great company to work for! If I have a company or pay related issue, one phone call usually takes care of it. Compensation is very competitive. I was very fortunate to work with Greg H. who is very proactive and checks in periodically just to see how I'm doing. I always felt he was looking out for my best interests. If you're looking for an exceptional recruiter - contact Greg!

I worked at Creative Circle (Less than a year)

    Pros

As a full-time freelance designer there are many opportunities to work with various staffing agencies in the greater Atlanta area. I read many reviews on Creative Circle and I have to say that they were in line with my experience. Creative Circle is professional and an excellent representation of the best of recruiting.

As I transitioned to full-time employment I reached out to Creative Circle to find an opportunity that would fit what I was looking for. Sarah was diligent in presenting me with various opportunities until she found one that fit exactly what I was looking for. During my time working with Creative Circle they were always an email or call away. If I had an issue I could count on the staff at Creative Circle to resolve it quickly and effectively. Creative Circle placed me with an international company where I was able to secure permanent employment. I would not hesitate to recommend Creative Circle as a staffing agency!

    Cons

    Somewhat Hard to Get Placed
