I have been working at Creative Circle as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

They get you top dollar and top-notch positions with brand-name companies. There is nothing second rate about the recruiters or the organization. The way they do everything is first-rate and excellent! Love the recruiters. They stay on top of opportunities, look for extra opportunities for you, and are always easy to reach - no ghost recruiting here!

    Cons

I really have nothing "con" to say about Creative Circle. When an opportunity does not happen to pan out, which has happened a few times with me, it really isn't their fault. These recruiters work like dogs to get you what you want. They don't get paid unless you get the position!

    Advice to Management

Advertise better, because I have told so many friends about you, whom you have subsequently placed, who would not have heard about you, had I not said something!

I have been working at Creative Circle full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They did an amazing job!
I was just looking for a freelance position while I was at a full time job. The wonderful people at Creative Circle knew that I had aspirations to move up in my field so they took a shot and pitched a full time position to me. I am now an associate art director at a company I LOVE with plenty of room to move up in the ranks. I am so very happy that Creative Circle reached out to me and matched me up with this amazing company!

    Cons

I only got one freelance job, but I know clients can be finicky with pricing and time.

I have been working at Creative Circle as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

The company really cares about it's employees and I never felt undervalued. The LA office is really nice. The people are kind and supportive, but also work very hard and are inspiring to work alongside. The internship program gives you a taste of all different sides of marketing. I had never done anything with marketing before and loved being able to experience it all. As an intern, I never had to do any classic intern tasks and really felt like a valued part of the team. I was able to present my own ideas, which was encouraged and I saw a lot of them through. Would completely recommend this program and this company.

    Cons

The internship program is only a couple of days a week, which limits the amount of time you can be here and sometimes interns get second internships if they only work 2 days a week here.

I worked at Creative Circle as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Looking for contract work was a great way to develop and grow my digital marketing experience, especially when the economy was not so strong. CC and their great account team gave me many opportunities to review. They were communicative, responsible and honest. I only got contract work through them, but I have had colleagues that were placed permanently.

    Cons

None. I didn't work with many other staffing firms out there, so I can't compare.

    Advice to Management

I worked with the Chicago office mostly, but I was also on the email distribution for LA and Orange County.

I have been working at Creative Circle as an intern

    Pros

I learned so much about successful marketing and loved that everyone trusted me to be a part of their projects!

    Cons

I can't think of anything I would change. I loved the program- especially because of the rotation and the opportunity it gave me to get to know the whole team.

    Pros

I became a client for Creative Circle in August 2016 and I have to say my experience with them was 100% positive. They opened so many doors for me and worked so diligently to find the right job fit for me. Thanks to Creative Circle, I'm now in a full-time position that I absolutely love. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't be where I am today.

    Cons

    I don't have any.
