I have been working at Creative Extruded Products full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

You do get 2 weeks paid vacation after a year, If you make it that long.

    Cons

Production employees havent had a decent raise in 10 YEARS,Management and salary employees recieve regular raises, and Christmas bonus.

    Advice to Management

You need to pay production employees a decent liveable wage with affordable health insurance. Instead of having a cheese pizza party once a year.
