I have been working at Creative Information Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly work environment. Provides ample and excellent opportunities to grow your career.
They will give you more responsibilities if you take initiatives.
Being apart of a medium business allows the employees to interact with upper management on a daily basis and contribute to the overall vision and growth.
Willing to help in your professional career growth.

Side Note: It's pretty cool that I can just walk into our President and CEO's office and Co-founder's office anytime of the day.

    Cons

Working at a small company means you are often asked to assume different responsibilities which could be overwhelming at times. However, depending on how you look at it, it could also be a great opportunity to learn about how a small business operates and get to be a part of the making of a growing company.

    Advice to Management

Continue to invest in more seasoned employees, but it's great that your willing to hire the underdog.
The training process for new employees could use some improvements (more structured and standardized).
The current training and on-boarding process is more "baptism by fire" than anything else, which works for some but not necessarily all.

I have been working at Creative Information Technology full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Coming to work at CITI is GREAT. I actually look forward to Mondays. This company is wonderful to work for. The health insurance is top notch- best I've ever had. I feel more like a PERSON here, not just a number. Working here has taught me so much and my managers have been wonderful mentoring me. Promotion is always possible and everyone is very kind - especially our CEO and VP who are also employees and are on site working right along with us every single day.

    Cons

There are no cons for me personally. This place is great!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the amazing work!

I worked at Creative Information Technology full-time

    Pros

relaxed work environment, can work from home

    Cons

What work you're brought in for is not the work you will do. You will not be given the materials and equipment needed to do your work well. There is no recognition or praise for doing great work. Managers and supervisors don't care about their employees as people and are not supportive of growth (don't expect any training). Difficult to make friends, and managers will be blatantly demeaning of your potential. Zero potential to learn and grow unless you are in the "in" crowd.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with more respect and spend time actually training new hires. Positive feedback and a little bit of support can go a long way.

I worked at Creative Information Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good work life balance.
Some projects are more interesting than others.
My team members were very nice.

    Cons

    Average pay and benefits.
Some government projects involve working with very old technologies.
    Limited professional growth opportunities.
You're basically just another nameless contractor. There is zero company identity.

    Advice to Management

Make your company stand out. Make it a more interesting place to work in.
