I have been working at Creative Office Pavilion full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Work flex, great managers, friendly people, great location and building, room to grow, etc.! COP is overall a great place to work. They are making a lot of great changes that's exciting for any incoming employees. You don't get this at every company!

    Cons

Every company has things they need to work on, but nothing at COP stands out as a strong con.

I worked at Creative Office Pavilion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Decent benefits - Early release Fridays

    Cons

    - Terrible communication - Upper management plays favorites and will belittle employees - Initial training is intense/do-able but has next to nothing to do with what you will actually be doing - Illusion of great culture when everyone has their own agenda - You will advance in your career if your Sales Associate pays attention and is on top of their game. Otherwise, you will be blamed for their failures.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like people and less like numbers.

    Pros

Great CEO- really funny guy that is very easy to talk to. He always has an open door. Overall, great people to work with. Everyone is very nice Customer Service Department promotes a team atmosphere and relationship building

    Cons

Small, Private Company No real training/support provided. Especially within sales Can only advance if you know someone They do not give raises based off performance-- the raises are just the average 2.5% per year for cost of living Health Insurance sucks Depending on what Sales Director you work under could make or break your career.

I worked at Creative Office Pavilion full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Zero pros in this company.

    Cons

if you are not in the "in crowd" you will not get anywhere. They lie and cheat you every which way they can! They are scammers and all about getting the best $ from their employees. They will fire you if you are paid to much and work to much because they do not want to pay.

    Advice to Management

Advice to Denise, look at your management team and see what they are doing. Your company does not do right by the employees at all and they all are scam artists!

I have been working at Creative Office Pavilion full-time

    Pros

Freedom to work without micromanagement. Great perks, including expenses and paid gym membership.

    Cons

The work environment is stiflingly corporate. There is no teamwork and people spend more time pointing fingers than fixing problems. There's a major disconnect between the NYC office and the corporate headquarters in Boston,

    Advice to Management

Take a look more carefully at the NYC location to help promote each member of the team.
