    Approves of CEO

I worked at Creative Strategies full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Small company, decent starting pay, no metrics that are tracked, brown nosing takes priority over technical ability to advance.

    Cons

Unqualified management and procedures are counterproductive, some being direct violations of HIPAA.

    Advice to Management

Establish effective training, delegate tasks to people best suited for the work, work with employees to better themselves instead of building a bitter resentment for them while hoping issues resolve on their own.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Creative Strategies full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Co workers are great, healthcare is paid for (unless you have dependents)

    Cons

Low pay, employees expendable, unreliable/dishonest management and owner. Border line hostile work environment, those who can actually change the situation either don't care or are afraid to act.

    Advice to Management

Stop the favoritism, pay your employees a decent and fair wage, provide reasonable schedules and protect them from upper management.

Health insurance, but there is a 3 month wait, pay every 2 weeks but it's low!

    Cons

Employees are expendable. The software always has issues.

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming employees for your short falls
