I have been working at Credence Analytics full-time

    Pros

Lots of learning about finance specially if you belong to an IT background.
    Managers are quite frank.
    Picnics are exciting.
There are various celebrations throughout the year.

    Cons

Infrastructure is in a very bad condition (they are shifting the office, maybe after 10 days. And the infrastructure over there is good)
You don't feel a positive aura around you (it might be because of bad infrastructure)
Very low salary. Even if you get a good increment you might still not get a good salary as your starting salary is itself very low.
People around are not very talented. The ones with no ambition stays into the company.
There are just 12 sick leaves and you don't get leaves unless and until you are confirmed and the confirmation might take upto 1 year.

    Advice to Management

You must increase the salary and get smart people on board.

I worked at Credence Analytics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good Functional knowledge
Freshers can be groomed to work hard
    Good Client Exposure

    Cons

Like pointed out in other reviews, there is lot of favoritism, where people who don't work whole day and start working later in the evening are appreciated for staying late. While who work whole day and prefer to leave on time are judged.
The managers there are very judgmental and the single impression they have in their mind is always under consideration during appraisals.
And again like others have pointed out, you are expected to work every weekend for which there is no appreciation. Rather you may be told that it is due to your inefficiency due to which work has spilled over the weekend.

    Cons

None! I became stronger by working on difficult things, it was wonderful to have a fountain of knowledge close at hand!

    Pros

    Flexible timings.
    Good learning exposure.
    Onsite oppurtubities.

    Cons

I wish I could have given a good rating to the company.. but management doesn't want this..

Their management is good.. So good that they all have managers.. No leaders at all..

Finance department is very friendly on induction day.. (I mean only on Induction day..)

People don't pool each others leg there.. ( They are busy in pooling each others chair.. when they stand for something..) Bad infrastructure...

Infosys started just 4 years before the credence... But we all know where the infosys is today.. Growth is very slow..

    Advice to Management

Employees are your most important asset.. Listen their voice.. They might not tell you their problems on face... at least read their comments on glassdoor..

I worked at Credence Analytics full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Get to Learn basics of capital market, Allow to work individually on project (Just to save on company cost but still I considered it as Pros. ) , finance team help to save on tax, salary comes in time

    Cons

Long working hours without overtime pay, incentive or monitory bonus or complimentary off.
Third Class team lead only sucking blood of juniors (appreciate in one to one meeting) but takes entire credit of work in front of management. Bad mouth on back.
Openly Threatening behavior (one to one meeting) in gujju style like appraisal threat, progress impediment, providing misleading and wrong feedbacks to management if doesn't work as per their wish and do not let progress in career.
    Stay away from bogus P
Nepotism for selected one and non deserves those who can do chatugiri .
Entire management use people as resource even call resource and exploit like resource at least don't call resource to people.
    No proper coordination among people.
No foresight for long term and calling self as niche market player and grown only up to 200 people even after 20 yrs.
Lack of talented people at junior as well as lead up to management level.
Environment is like Frogs IN WELL.
Daily allowance limit as per 1990 standard.

    Advice to Management

The problems wouldn't be solved by bringing one talented manager. Need to get rid of old managers(not all) and leads.
    Platform and technology enhancement required.
Standardization of processes and stop running company like marwadi shop.
Diversify in to different product market.
Bring new technology head with fresh blood and creative ideas.
    Increase support team capacity.
Assign work as per strength and not as per availability. Wasting talent by giving mundane jobs to intelligent people. Harvest their talents by giving some productive work.
Improve quality of pay, hire intelligent people, improve quality of service and product, increase cost of service and product.
