    Pros

Great company to work for. Very fair to employees! Credit Solutions truly cares about their employees and understands that rewarding hard work yields higher production and more motivation to meet and exceed goals.

    Cons

Lots of turnover within management, therefore employees are always having to adjust to different management styles. It would be great to have a vision and management practices that allow the employee more stability.

    Advice to Management

Stick with one manager for longer than a few months. Allow them to adjust their management styles to that of Credit Solutions and give them a chance to transition without being so cut throat about 1 strike you're done.

    Pros

free lunch, cheap snacks, fresh flowers at work every day, paid insurance

    Cons

screamed at by customers all day because they feel scammed, the company was being sued by lots of people. The managers would promote their high school buddies as managers instead of people who had experience.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

If you want to work hard you will get small meaningless promotions before the decided you aren't needed anymore.

    Cons

You pretty much learn how to rip people off if you are in sales. The other departments support sales. As an IT professional there, the pressure to produce was on everyday. Nightly software releases and constantly changing priorities.

    Advice to Management

    no real advice

    Pros

Lots of recognition from management for production and performance. One of the best IT departments in the country. Lots of changes. Never boring

    Cons

You must work about 13 hours a day to make any money and the pay is horrible. They just recently started limiting you to an eight hour work day and the ability to track your clients. They'll tell you that your client cancelled so they don't have to pay you for it, and you have no way of checking.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to those that are working for you. If the debt settlement industry is in trouble, then get out Dont string along your employees and make only those at the top rich
