    Pros

    Generally surrounded with nice people, fairly relaxed in comparison to other banks, competitive/decent salaries. Training encouraged and keeping up with technology trends.

    Cons

    - General atmosphere and moral gone down due to recent massive cuts.
    - Political environment.
    - Work became less interesting.

    Advice to Management

    I had a great director in London so no complaints there. However, knee jerk reactions from top decisions does occur and should be avoided. Break down silos between departments since they have to work with each other.

    One of the top rated Global Investment Banks. Heavily varied work with large number of opportunities and challenges whilst working with some excellent people within the industry.

    Cons

    The Industry is downsizing after the Global Financial Crash and thus people and opportunities have reduced, as significant change is being grappled with within a new climate and landscape.
