I worked at Credit Suisse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The bank has great culture, very smart people and a collaborative environment. Good opportunity to work with different teams across the bank on deals. Exposure to clients at junior levels. There is good internal mobility and the opportunity to move geographically.

    Cons

There have been successive waves of restructuring in the last two years, which creates a lot of uncertainty and hits morale.

I have been working at Credit Suisse full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fantastic friendly team to work with. Really enjoy the work and the atmosphere.
Lots of technical challenges, and can really see the benefit of the work we deliver.
Although there's so much work to do, there's never too much pressure, and there's always a fair deal of flexibility over working hours and occasional working from home.

    Cons

Always too much work for the team to do, but (on the bright side) it does make the time fly; can never believe how fast each week goes!

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in the IB parts of the company
