    Great Culture and management is very good.
    Good work life balance.
    Credit Suisse offers a variety of opportunities and good mobility.

    Cons

    No transparency on Promotion.
    Too much insecurity in Senior management positions.
    Too much focus to cost cuttiing

    Pros

    1. Opportunity to work with talented people gives a good platform to learn and grow
    2. Interaction with senior leaders gives you insight of firm goal and helps you plan your career
    3. Work life balance is good as long as you meet your deadlines

    Cons

    1. Growth in terms of increase in pay is much below industry average . No attractive increments or bonus.
    2. Indian management is not very open to growth discussion and internal mobility

    Pros

    Good luxurious life, exposure to finance if you are from technical background. They give good understanding the system. Work life is quite relaxed and chilled. People around are very open and helpful.

    Cons

    Depending upon the team assigned, you might get a project which requires the least of the technical knowledge. Exposure to finance suddenly might get tough for people with technical background.

    worst management. Sr. Managers (VP, Directors) are busy with politics.

    Bottle neck is always at the top of bottle. identify such bottlenecks to reduce attrition.

    People are supportive and share knowledge
    Company provides many benefits (cabs,medical checkups etc)

    Work might get repetitive in a few years
    Too many sub-par people hired

    To stop constructing COEs if they can not maintain the same standard as in other locations.

    Flexible working environment with very less resistance from the management in terms of taking leaves, etc.

    Cons

    Hierarchy is small in the organization due to which it takes very long time to grow and reach to higher levels

    Advice to Management

    There is a huge gap between the pay structures of CS employees and those who are laterally hired at the same position. This gap needs to be bridged to avoid attrition.
