    Pros

Comparative Salary in a global organisation with many career opportunities and several development initiatives

    Cons

lack of leadership. Constant change, which always brings new opportunities but as well uncertainty in the teams. Work-Life balance is not well managed due to constant change and need to re-build everything over an dover new again

    Advice to Management

depending on the team, the direct managers can be very good, but overall management is not visible at all

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Credit Suisse full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent pay, lots of products and analytical material, many good people, lots of untapped potential, work life balance is good

    Cons

When I started working there in 2013 I had the feeling as if the company just hit rock bottom and things are probably improving. After almost 4 years the situation is still the same. There are thousands of brilliant people working there but management has made it very clear that any kind of engagement is not welcome. So everyone is just sitting on their position, completely unempowered, waiting for the next organizational change to get them moved somewhere or fired. Clients are treated as a nuisance at best and as a threat at worst.

    Advice to Management

There are thousands of brilliant people working in your bank that have a lot more knowledge in private banking than you have. Use this potential.
