    Health benefits are very competitive Company encourages employee driven ideas

    Long hours, very minimal work/life balance Low pay Out of date technology creates a lot of problems Management is very disorganized, yet also very demanding. Not a good combination.

    - Philanthropy is a priority - Offices near Madison Square Park / beautiful historic lobby and building - Good / friendly work culture - Gym in the building - Good benefits - A supportive manager will make all the difference

    - Pay is not commensurate with experience or performance - Bonus / discretionary award is laughable - Very difficult to get title promotions - Lots of bureaucracy, it can take ages to get something done - Office politics plays a huge part in how well your career goes - Long hours for IT - Slow to adopt new technology - Moving many jobs away from NYC - Smart working floors are crowded and unattractive - No tech support available by phone - it's all online
