    Pros

    Management is always supportive. Management instills caring qualities to staff. Management shares good values and implements Shared Values throughout organization.

    Cons

    Employees lack accountability for their actions. Supervisors lack the ability to terminate employees without substantial cause. Termination could take several years. Supervisors or managers lack the ability to remove or terminate an employee.

    Benefits The CEO is well known in the industry

    Cons

    Pay No room for advancement No communication between departments An IT department that is terrible. Horrible tech Can’t even google search on PCs without getting the wrath of IT which means you can’t do anything job related on your own work computer. Upper management that has no clue what happens within departments. No one cares about Shared Values

    Pros

    Holidays & decent benefits. Some advancement opportunities. Pretty good work environment with good company values and long term goals.

    Cons

    Heavy work load, micromanagement, underpaid for the amount of work expected. Needs better communication between departments.

    Free parking, great insurance, long history.

    Cons

    The executive team has no idea what is going on outside of their suite of offices. The I.T. Department is a joke, still using programs from the 90s, zero desire to stay up to date with advancements.

    Amazing people, really caring. Great hours. CEO is the best I've ever had.

    Offices are a little atiquated
