I have been working at Creighton University as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Knowledgeable and effective management, excellent work-life balance, negotiable work weeks. Excellent place to work and study as a college student. Decent compensation, as well. The EDGE Internship program is a great way to gain experience, and some extra money. Friendly coworkers bring food to share, as well.

    Cons

It can eat in to your schedule as a student if you are very involved. Also, it can pay about the same after payroll and income taxes as what Federal Work-Study students receive, who don't have to work as hard.

    Advice to Management

Continue with the relaxed work environment, but make sure that the differing departments are cognizant of the different operating requirements of other departments, and increase cooperation between them.

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, not too demanding of tasks, pay increases every year you come back.

    Cons

The job itself is pretty boring unless you are scientifically inclined, which I am not which would explain why I find it to be rather boring

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I don't really have any serious qualms whatsoever.
