I have been working at Creps United

    Pros

The job is easy, they are a family oriented company and pretty flexible if you need time off.

    Cons

It is very stressful when things get behind and there is nothing you can do about it. If you need to take time off all you can think about is how messed up your accounts might be and you never know when you might get stuck at work late. You have to beg for a raise.

    Advice to Management

-Make your rules apply to everyone. -Avoid playing favorites with employees. -Positive reinforcement would be awesome. -Find a better person in charge of HR. -Don't fire employees who are busting their butts fire the ones who stand around and talk for a half hour. -Handle inter-workplace disputes better.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Creps United full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Casual environment. They offer a decent benefits package. No experience required; they often hire young people just starting their careers. Little or no education is required. Friendly people.

    Cons

Very low paying. There are no promotions, nor room to advance. There is very little job security, they want to fire you. Not for designers; this job is strictly limited to updating information.

    Advice to Management

I strongly encourage you to establish a solid and predictable method of termination. As it stands now, your employees are worried for their jobs and have considered leaving because of it.

Take your employees seriously, and don't work against them try working with them. Be more open with with employees and create a better working environment. Also make it so your employees trust that management will actually go to bat for them instead of sweeping their issues under the rug.
