    Pros

    Family owned that's personable.

    Cons

Downsizing their staff and needs to be more proactive on monitoring each district individually

    Advice to Management

See what is happening on a local basis instead of national.

    Pros

You have a job. The pay is decent. You get benefits. It's salary plus commission.

    Cons

Upper Management doesn't have a clue about what is going on in the field nor do they have an interest in hearing any feedback from our clients. The decision makers are number crunchers attempting to offer a product to a consumer they know nothing about based off number. While tracking trends are important, if you don't know your customer, you have no clue how to market something to them.

    Advice to Management

Pull you head out of the spreadsheets and get a feel for what is happening in the field. You can't offer an appealing product if you don't know your customers. Listen to your employees. This company has no communication!

    Pros

Rate of pay. Every week, the company treated us to lunch. There was also food trucks on site, which allowed us to have various options.

    Cons

Discriminatory. Management gives you very little opportunity to improve on your performance. They always punish you for taking initiative. Management will sometimes penalize you just for being one minute late. This place will ultimately get you to the point where you will have to seek medical and psychiatric care. This company is not worth losing your insanity over!

    Advice to Management

Truly listen to employees and allow them to take initiative whenever and wherever needed. Provide more opportunities to grow and learn.

Lead by example. Most are grandfathered or the good ole boy system entitled them to their position. Upper management in positions of power are uneducated and basically winging it.. No collegiate education requirements. As a result
this ship is going down quick.
