    Pros

    The pay was above average.

    Cons

    Completed assignment with excellent work record. I never received anymore assignments from Crescent.

    I worked at Crescent Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The CEO/Founder of the company is hands-on, nurturing, trustworthy, and great at motivating his people. He makes everyone at Crescent feel important. The company culture is fun, too!

    Cons

    The two different divisions (East and West) are like night and day...Brian Fischbein's division is a well-oiled machine! The Eastern Division...not so much.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on doing what you are doing!

    Pros

    This was a Contract job and I had previous employment with this Company and my experience was Excellant!

    Cons

    I would have like more notice of ending assignment and follow up on new possibilities available before contract ends!

    Advice to Management

    Advice is to stay in touch with your Contractors with other assignments availability before one ends!

    Pros

    Staff is very friendly. Kelly is a pleasure to work with as well as the other ladies, Sonia and Christine.

    Cons

    They seem to really care about you during the initial part of your contract by means of calling periodically to check on you and get your input. They even take you to lunch one day to show appreciation. It then soon seems to just disappear as they don't take the time to call or even email you to see how things are going.

    Advice to Management

    Keep in contact with your contractors, no matter how long they've been working with you.

    Pros

    My recruiter rich khan followed through with everything he said he would, kept me updated constantly on what the status of my application was and how things would proceed. This is the best experience I have ever had with a recruiting company!

    There are no cons to working for Crescent they will take great care of you!

    Keep doing what you are doing!
