    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Crest Foods full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Its a job, pays the bills, great people to work with, pretty clean, can become a line operator quickly.

    Cons

Many slow seasons that result in lay-offs, usually hired in through a temp agency which means less-no benefits for the temps.

    Advice to Management

Make it a priority to hire in temps after 500 hours are reached. Try to get new contracts with other companies to decrease the "slow time".
