    Pros

You get to work with some of the best beer in the world. You have an "in" to any event in town.

    Cons

Their salary structure is such that, no matter what position you started at, they are going to low-ball you and pay you the absolute minimum they have to. Even if you signed a contract stating you were going to be paid a certain amount of money/year, they will find a way around it!

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees concerns and actively do something to change the culture! Your people aren't happy and it starts with you!

I have been working at Crest Premedia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Flexibility everywhere (Time/Work/Technology)
    Good Culture.
    Good Teams to work with.
Almost agile (although the culture left by Thoughtwork employees is degrading day by day)

    Cons

They focus on hiring new force rather than thinking about retaining the present one.
Few of the good resources have already left and some other are leaving, but the management is not bothered. They are spending every possible effort in hiring new and good quality talent but irresponsible about the hikes, perks that should be given to at-least the deserving employees to keep them motivated.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up.
