    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Crestwood Medical Center full-time

    Pros

    Some benefits. Some decent surgeons.

    Cons

CNAs and Nurses are Overworked, very long hours, charting & documentation time-consuming, understaffed, unrealistic pace of new admits and discharges without adequate staff to complete tasks, poor communication amongst all staff.

    Advice to Management

I worked at Crestwood Medical Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

90% co-workers got your back with staying on task
90% of the patients and family are wonderful

    Cons

To many chiefs, Unfairness, disrespectful, just don't care, about the money upper management makes

    Advice to Management

Listen carefully to the ones that matter. Resolving an issue is not letting someone go, its how to fix it. You can always hire cheaper, but remember cheaper sometimes isn't better, you get what you pay for.

    Pros

Small 150-bed hospital. It's like a family where everyone knows one another. Great House Supervisor that cares about nurses and helps out.

    Cons

Higher up admin people doesn't care about people working on the floor. All they care about are the HCAPS. No help and no consideration from them when census is full and unit is short staffed.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your nurses, PCAs, RTs and everyone working on the floor!

    Pros

Equal opportunity employer, great salary with benefits, wonderful staff to work with.

    Cons

Poor staffing (inability to staff enough RN's), no transport for patients postoperative surgery.

    Advice to Management

Staff LPN's to assist RN's in transport of patients postoperative surgery/procedures for discharge to home. This will enable RN's to complete assessments, teaching, and at home prescriptions needed for patients in an effort to coordinate discharge to home.
