    Pros

They rewarded us for our hard work and the service was great.

    Cons

Wireless service kinda sucks on the At&t network. Advancement was a little hard . They tend to hire outside the company.

I have been working at Cricket Wireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay and commission, as well as consistent 30 hr part time or 40 hr full time work week. PTO available as well as sick days. Good opportunities to move up within company.

    Cons

Scheduling can be a hassle, especially for new hires. Shifts can take up your whole day, especially closing shifts. Work can get very slow especially during summer months. Standing around waiting for customers.

I have been working at Cricket Wireless full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Easy work load and a lot of down time for long days.
    Good work life balance.

    Cons

A lot of down time and it makes the days drag on.
The commission for my district is terrible. I've been #1 in sales for more than 3 months and only got $75 since January-June.
Management is nice in the PA district.
Everything is slow when you need supplies, phones, materials, promotional material.
The wage as a store manager is laughable at $12.50 an hour.
No benefits besides the half off phone bill.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more and have some benefits besides a phone bill.

I have been working at Cricket Wireless (More than a year)

    Pros

People in general are VERY nice, very helpful! The disarray is typical with any company.

    Cons

Absolutely no Work From Home allowed! Cricket Wireless is owned by AT&T, but AT&T is adopting the same no WFH policy as Cricket. Cricket considers no WFH as their special sauce for excellence. However, this is difficult for folks with families, who do not live in town.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees on their needs and requests.
