    I worked at Cricut full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

    Never cuts your hours and they provide the necessary technology to do the work (dual monitors and lots of desk space)

    Cons

    Culture is click-ey and there is a lot of drama

    Advice to Management

    Help people calm down and relax by providing better benefits and less stress. The hardest part about that work is the fact that you are constantly under scrutiny of the customer, the peers next to you, and the management.

    I worked at Cricut full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    If you like helping customers with technical issues involving their Cricut product and various accessories. Inbound calls so no serving of products.

    Cons

    Very oppressive call center environment. Everything is micromanaged and they seem to be more concerned about your call length than actually helping people. Easy to "get in trouble." Probably good for teens and young adults but not good for adults that have a history of working in a professional setting.

    Pay was great and you got to work with fun and friendly people.

    Cons

    Call center script. Strict rules and procedures. HR was only 1 person for the whole company.

    Get more HR people to help.
