I worked at Critical Care Systems International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There were some nice people there and one supervisor I had was very Knowledgeable. If she didn't have the answer she would get it for you. She also made sure to fight for us if there was something we needed to do our job.

    Cons

There were people in upper management that had no idea of what to do as far as the day to day processes of the job, so some of the decisions they made didn't help us very much. Everything really changed once Express Scripts purchased the company (didn't improve).

    Advice to Management

Upper management should pay close attention to the things that the folks that work the job everyday have to say. They're the ones that see trends and see some things that may help to expedite the process.

I worked at Critical Care Systems International full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Privately owned national company with excellent benefits. "Family" feel to the work experience even with management. Each branch independently run like a small business.

    Cons

The purchase by Accredo/Medco significantly decreased market share. Quality of service and employee satisfaction plummeted. Too much turn-over in upper management. Branches were no longer allowed to function independently and revenues declined.
