Their shoes weigh nothing so doing stock and merchandising is easy.

    Cons

Having to deal with stupid people and stupid managers, if you are not in the "Cool club" you are not going anywhere, but thats probably a good thing considering its retail.

    Pros

Lay back sometimes and free pair of shoes.

    Cons

Unprofessional management, pay rate, is very low no benefits. Their customer service needs to Improve.

    Advice to Management

Or call customer service skills not so much just selling. Don't talk but my customers backs employees will find incredibly offensive sometimes. Be more professional don't have lazy days have a better work ethic. Be more attentive to your staff not just sitting on your cell phone.

I worked at Crocs full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free shoes, good discount, nice product. Fun environment as long as your not in a temporary store.

    Cons

Horrible upper management. No communication. Will ignore you completely. No connection since the new corporate cons moved in.

    Advice to Management

Answer back emails and phone calls. Be involved with your stores. Don't expect positive results without giving clear direction and tasks. Oh and stop beating around the bush about important things like people's jobs in the temporary locations.

I worked at Crocs (Less than a year)

    Pros

Perks, special sales, many good people

    Cons

Politics decide who stays or goes, not performance. I was given very good review right before they laid off me and tons of others. People who stayed were hand-picked by 2 people who kept their favs. And lot of backstabbing, so beware! No one is your friend, everyone just trying to hold on and will step over you if needed.

    Advice to Management

when talent is being cast aside by politics, the fragile croc won't survive very long. Sinking ship.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Was once a lot of fun... working with hard working, intelligent and very talented people.

    Cons

Horrible leadership, turned into a "use and toss" talent to get through tough spots with leaders who had no clue how to effectively get the work done as most were talentless themselves. So sad as the brand had so much potential at one time. Location is beautiful but not worth your time for a long term career move.

    Advice to Management

Sell it and be done with it.
