    Pros

They found me a gig that paid pretty well and did not require overtime. The client rep personaly introduced me and checked in on how I was doing. They have good clients and have conversion to full-time as part of contracts.

    Cons

Not a lot of contact, development or opportunity for raises. Nature of the beast. If you don't like the company where you are placed you might feel stuck.

    Advice to Management

continue guarding your reputation and be selective

Short term contract ended, just the way of the world.
