    Unrealistic dress code. Low pay

    If you want people to dress like white collar workers, do not pay them blue collar wages.

    Pros

    Great year end bonuses. Most people there are very nice.

    Cons

    Very poor inter office communication. Zero opportunity to move up. Too much infighting and cattyness between company officers.
