    Pros

Great salary, good benefits, and wonderful dress code.

    Cons

Too much favoritism amongst management vs employees. Company politics play a major role.

I worked at Cross Country Healthcare full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great amount of time off and good benefits if your salary can afford them.

    Cons

Provided a non-compete agreement after job acceptance which put restrictions on what you can do on your own when not working on their time. This non-compete should have been disclosed before hire so that a person can decide whether they would actually want this job. I was asked to log in to my lap top during a hurricane warning. I was actually expected to work and just not worry if I would have a roof over my head the...

    Advice to Management

As executive management you need to scrutinize what your ADR's are actually doing. You have had difficulty keeping a recruiter staff in the past due to unfairness by these ADR's. Some ADR's are ethical and some are not. I'm anazed that you had never gone to the source and had asked some of the recruiters what the issue actually was. I think as a solution, a member of the executive management team who does not work on...

I have been working at Cross Country Healthcare

    Pros

This job offers good benefits, paid days off and vacation/sick/personal days. When you're a new employee you do receive good praise and great first impressions of the company.

    Cons

After the first impressions, praise and first few months of working for the company that all seems to fade away. There's a lot of favoritism among bosses and employees. I've worked 3 different roles in this company in hopes to find a good strong team. Unfortunately it's the same in every position. There's no room for growth and directors/managers don't know how to lead. Many employees are working the job of 3 people but...
