    Pros

    This Company is currently undergoing some changes. I started with the company a couple of years ago and the company culture seems to be improving. I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this company.

    Cons

    Raises and bonuses are not great.

    Continue showing your employees that they are valued.

    Pros

    There are some very nice people that work here.

    Cons

    So many new executives, top executives, many C-level executives. They are all horrible people. If you walk by any of these "super talented executive" you hear shouting and foul language coming out of their mouths. The Executives are using vile language. If you walk by the executive conference room you can hear executives having a meeting you can sometimes hear yelling and profanities as well. Now there is a new executive in HR, about a month now, there has been no interaction with the employees. This place is a joke, these executive walk around acting like they work for google or amazon, they really think they are something special but have no clue how to treat it's employees. Horrible management in this place. There are people in the call center that walk around in what is clearly not proper work attire and the work area looks like a little girls kids room. HR has the same issue with dress code, people walking around with crop tops, so unprofessional. What happen to professional work attire?

    Advice to Management

    Stop acting like you know everything and treat us associates with more respect. Not just the associates that are buddy buddy with HR and executives.

    They push for sales and dont pay your commisions accordingly

    Advice to Management

    You should not held your employees commisions its ilegal to do that. After you put your employees name on a list of commisions and you dont pay them because they are temps!!! That is stealing

    Pros

    A paycheck and health benefits. The benefits are expensive, so the pro is just that you have them.

    Cons

    All new leadership has made it go downhill over the last year. Culture and moral is the lowest it has been in quite some time. Management should be able to do things for themselves but make their people do everything for them.

    Advice to Management

    Clean house. Starting at the top.

    Pros

    It is a great place to work for someone getting started in the work environment.

    Cons

    Things are consistently changing leaving the front line associates with very little direction. Leadership not knowledgeable in area of their work and often leave associates to figure it out on their own.

    Have training conducted by those who are knowledgeable in the areas being trained.

    Great environment, great benefits, room for growth if you're not in the Retention department whats you're in there's no escaping!

    Cons

    Lots of Micromanagement, You end up doing more than what you were hired to do, underpaid

    Stop micromanaging, treat your employees well and they will treat your clients even better
