      Pros

Decent pay for a starter hourly job.

      Cons

Working in a warehouse isn't something I'm interested in doing long-term. Limited career advancement opportunities.

      Pros

Some of the supervisors and fellow employees are kind and fun to work with. But thats anywhere typically.

      Cons

No raises in 2 years in our department. Company not interested in anyone advancing and nowhere to go in our department. Pay much lower than similar positions around the city. Benefits not good. Ok if entry level and need experience. Get it and get out fast

      A disturbing experience.

      Pros

It was my first while heatedly negative work experience and that's an important lesson.

      Cons

The pay, the benefits , the office culture , the hands off approach to coaching , hands off approach to training and the demand on salary employees. Diversity was great when I arrived but slowly over the course of six months most of members of the project team who were African American or Black were let go seemingly out of the blue.

      Horrible Culture.

      Pros

I enjoyed the cafeteria space that had a vending machine that accepted credit card. That was convenient. They do also make a point to hire veterans and that’s pretty cool

      Cons

Some of the worst, most abusive behavior I have ever encountered in my entire career. I still have never seen anything like it. Bullying and intimidation was met with a slap on the wrist and the turnover rate in my department and accounts was astronomical. The folks that don’t flee this company stay because they have nowhere else to go.
