    Le seul avantage: le salaire ( très beau fixe) Il faut mettre 20 mots donc je cherche mais je ne trouve pas ..

    Entreprise anxiogène, management désastreux, au mieux totalement absent, au pire harcelant et dévalorisant Absence totale d’organisation, on ne sait pas qui fait quoi Entreprise qui prône des valeurs comme l’excellence mais qui ne fait rien pour vous rendre excellent Grand open Space impersonnel ou on est tassé les uns sur les autres Baronnie des sales fid qui s’accrochent à leur job et leurs clients par peur... pour beaucoup de leurs managers.

    Choisissez mieux vos collaborateurs ! Sur 6 global account managers recrutés en l’espace d’un an il n’en reste que la moitié à ce jour. Perte d’argent pour la direction, de temps pour les recrus virés à l’issue des 7 mois de leur période d’essai Ancienne belle Start up qui a vécu et déclinera si elle ne se remet pas en cause

    Cons

    Les inconvénients se situent plus sur les aspects sociaux car CrossKnowledge offre peu d'avantages. (Pas de RTT notamment). La dimension managériale et la gestion des ressources humaines restent à parfaire.
