I have been working at CrossKnowledge full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very innovative business, helping corporates to transform into agile businesses by developing sustainable change capabilities. Company culture is open, people first and entrepreneurial. International character, both in culture as in the projects. For the 15th consecutive year >25% growth.

    Cons

None within the company itself. You can shape the way you work almost any way you want. The challenge is "outside" where old paradigms about organizational change resist new ways of thinking. At the same time this is the fun part of our jobs.

    Advice to Management

Talking to management is the same as talking to yourself. If you want something to change, change it! We are with 300 people and we all know each other.

I have been working at CrossKnowledge full-time

    Pros

Busy company with good insight on the digital market and innovation. Big clients Still a reference in the field... but for how long?

    Cons

The Sales are the supreme kings/queens and only financial matters are important. So, If you are in any other team, you are less paid, respected and listened to. People with the wrong mindset (not very competent but who do a lot of self-publicity, even if it means lying and stepping over colleagues) are promoted No social benefits at all, bad private/profesional life balance, many burnouts, opaque... communication, politics at all level create a bad working atmosphere Not so innovative anymore, all the other market players have catched up and overcomed the products

    Advice to Management

Get closer to the field people's sufferings, increase salaries, provide resting time for those who work night and day to deploy the projects, give credits to other teams instead of sales

I worked at CrossKnowledge full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It was a very positive working working environment with an engaged entrepreneurial CEO. Good product, well received in the market with great potential.

    Cons

Challenging to work with such a small company at times, many different priorities and not enough resources to go round. No real progression opportunities - thankfully the company was bought out.

    Advice to Management

Keep on as is - having left the organisation, it's probably the best place for you to be now as it wasn't working well in the end.

    Pros

Focus in Inovation. The communication with the entire company is really well made Work hard, play hard International relationships Friendly environment with Flexible in terms of working hours

    Cons

Issues with HR burocracy (Remote working and etc) Often retain bad employees because of the difficulty of hiring better ones, what eventually damage the good workers at the company (just a matter of time to do it) Bad culture from around the CK world often impact the healthiness of the environment

I have been working at CrossKnowledge

    Pros

    Advice to Management

    Menos arrogância e prepotência.
