    Pros

Great benefits (healthcare, vacation time). Great location.

    Cons

Overwork employees for too little pay. They promise more pay with certain classes taken but working 11-12+ hours six days per week doesn't allow time for taking those classes. They are very big in taking internal video classes on money laundering but then have unethical practices when it comes to financing customers. If they were caught with these practices, the finance managers would be the ones going to jail as their signatures are on the paperwork. Upper management of all Crossroads dealerships (specifically the owner's son who runs the business) is a crook who only cares about his fancy toys. He could careless about his employees.

    Advice to Management

Get new upper management at the corporate office. Treat employees like they are people, and stop overworking them. Allow those who are well educated use their minds instead of making them robots. Don't display God's name or Christianity as the root of business as that is false advertisement.
