Pros
1) Awesome opportunities for career growth (may require relocation if currently located smaller markets). 2) Excellent support from senior leaders. 3) Standardized programs and systems that allow one to grow both professionally and personally.
Cons
1) Benefits could be better for a company of this size. 2) Would like to see some sort of stock options, or ways for employees to invest with the company.

Pros
Crothall Healthcare is constantly growing and striving for excellence. The training providing within the company is beyond excellent and there is a lot of opportunity for growth and development. Management is actively involved with the employees.
Cons
Sometimes growth or promotions rely on relocation.
