    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Crow Holdings full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Beautiful Campus! And that is the one and only plus. At the end of the day not worth it though. I would rather work in a box!

    Cons

Investment Partners management is the absolute worst in management style and as human beings. They do not care about their employees which translate that they don't care about their business.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at yourself in the mirror and think about your family and if you would want them in a job where they were treated in such a way. Care for other people other than yourself. Kirk Rimer is a true snake in the ground...just google it!

I have been working at Crow Holdings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Extremely good work/life balance! 8:30 - 5:30 is the norm. Great environment and culture. Management usually gives a lot of autonomy. New CEO is very progressive and has hired an entire staff dedicated to improving the company.

    Cons

Very cliquey, not always easy to make friends. Does not pay attention to competition as far as bank holidays, vacation policy, benefits, and technology. I essentially used all of my vacation on sick days. The whole company still operates on desktops rather than laptops. Does not provide lunch.

    Advice to Management

Review vacation policy and benefits compared to competition. Please provide lunch rather than subsidizing.

I have been working at Crow Holdings full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work environment and team approach to development is very good. Compensation, bonus, etc. is I believe above industry standard. Everything is done using the best available resources i.e. computer hardware and software. Egos for the most part are checked at the door and everyone digs in to get the desired results. Integrity with the design team members and financial partners is the highest I have ever experienced, even to our own detriment. Great place to work.

    Cons

We are very busy at this point in the cycle. Wish we could hire more people but executive group does not want to have to let people go when the cycle ends.
