I worked at Crowd Management Services

    Pros

The company does a good job of making sure you are trained for the position. They train you for the most extreme situations, when most of the time you are just observing the crowd and making yourself visible.

    Cons

For large events, the employees are not compensated for the time it takes to sign out and when it takes 15-20 minutes to do so, it gets kind of annoying.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work of being professional in your area, but when it is your fault that someone cannot leave for 15 minutes, it is your responsibility to pay them for it.

I have been working at Crowd Management Services part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I Like the fact i don't have to work with the same people every day and i get to see a wide variety of people every time i go to work.

    Cons

There are people with no experience performing lead or supervisor positions.

    Advice to Management

Please use a little more caution when selecting people for lead positions. Also there should be a monthly or weekly orientation for employees to attend that goes over posture, and procedure in the work environment.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Crowd Management Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good problem-solving experience, most work only on weekends.

    Cons

Low pay and most upward movement up to supervisor positions only a probability for larger men who can physically control the crowds more easily.

    Advice to Management

No advice, excellent and helpful management relocated many new hires to positions until they found a role they were most comfortable in.
