Pros
Crazy smart Founders, incredible product, happy customers.
Cons
Everything else... I was introduced to the business and the interview process through a friend who couldn't stop raving. I let myself get wooed. He quickly plugged me into the interview process and despite the fact that I know better, I took his words at face value and bypassed my usual Glassdoor research. BIG MISTAKE. After nearly 2 months in the interview process, I received an offer and joined the team. I started my career in startups and made the mistake of assuming BIGGER COMPANY = BETTER ORGANIZATION. Boy, was I wrong. Executive Leadership seems to have their stuff together but frontline and second-line management is a total mess. Onboarding was non-existent. Internal communication is terrible. Good ideas die on the vine because no one can figure out who needs to approve something before it can be tested. I spent more time chasing people internally to figure out how the heck to do my job than anything else. And there's definitely a 'boys club' - align yourself to the right people and promotions fall in your lap and you can keep your job indefinitely despite little/no experience and gross incompetence. Despite exceeding my month 1 MBO targets by a mile and constantly asking for feedback I was abruptly, without cause, warning, or explanation, relieved of duty after 59 days. So much for 'transparency' (a core value of the Sales org). Going back after the fact, I discovered more than a few terrible reviews about the Sales Development function. Lesson learned. Ultimately, letting me go was the kindest thing they could have done. I took a pay cut to join and have never in my career dreaded going into an office more than I did at CrowdStrike. I had planned to grit my teeth and bear it until an exit, but I'm so much happier (as is my wife) being out of that place.

Pros
The benefits are incredible. The pay is above average. Everyone I work with is a superstar in their specialty. On the job training... routinely working on new and exciting technologies and helping build the very best cyber security product on the planet. The top level of the organization are incredibly smart with a deep and rare set of knowledge and insight with a profound vision. I've read many bad reviews from sales teams. I certainly can't speak to that. I know that sales has grown quite a lot over the last year. However, concerning everyone I've interacted with in Data Science, Services, Cloud Engineering, and Security have always been extremely high quality professionals with only the customers and product quality in mind. Both my direct manager and the director of my department has been more than wonderful coping with off time for vacations, random 'life' stuff that pops up, and medical leaves without flinching and with deeply caring support. When I was burning the midnight oil working on a passion project at the company, multiple people approached me to make sure I was ok to be sure I wasn't going to burn out and didn't feel pressure to work extra hours. There was no pressure, but I genuinely enjoy certain projects. I get paid to do, at enormous scale, what I used to do in my closet with a tiny computing cluster for fun... Work life balance are fiercely defended on our team of 20+ people from the director level down. No one asked for me to write this. I only decided to post something after reading the negative reviews. CS has many times the number of employees here and I'm in tech, not sales, but never encountered anyone with anything negative to say about CS, both current and former employees.
Cons
Remote work is hard. Time management and personal discipline require vigilance. Some people aren't cut out for it. It took me months to really fully adapt, but everyone experiences it the first time they work full time remote. To help, organization, planning, and management have really stepped up to fill the gap, and the people I interact with are always courteous and professional.

Cons

Pros
Platform seems decent and the pay was quite good
Cons
The first thing that springs to mind is an utter lack of respect for you as an individual - very much in accordance with the 'hire and fire' attitude adopted by this company. Six employees from the same office were let go in one day, it was handled without respect or sensitivity. Two individuals (who weren't in the office at the time) were called up and informed that they were the weakest performing member in the team and were therefor being terminated - leading them to believe that they were the only one to have been let go. This 'executive decision' was counteract some serious economic failures, having realised too late, that they were growing at an unsustainable pace and needed to make cutbacks. This was not the honesty that they deemed us worthy of. Our team was mislead for 5 whole months with regards to our expectations and performances - ensuring that we were on track and not to be concerned about improving anything - no substantial or beneficial feedback was provided. Progression was constantly emphasised, but has not been demonstrated and was not fulfilled. To be blunt - don't make promises you can't keep. The office atmosphere is quiet and uncomfortable and also incredibly exclusive and 'cliquey' depending on which department you were in.

Pros
Most innovative tech company I have ever worked for. If you work hard/smart, you will be handsomely rewarded here. Great place to grow your career for the long haul.
Cons
Average pay but commission accelerators are what make up the difference and where the true earnings are.

Pros
Pretty much everyone I work with, both within my team & dept, and in the other depts I interact with, are helpful. Everyone is nice & sociable, in the 'would have a beer with' category. Pay is good. Benefits & other compensation is generally good, though 401(k) matching is done in the weirdest way I've ever seen.
Cons
So many of the tools we work with are actively working against us. Either it was "decided" long ago and no one has reviewed the decision, or the deciders are not the users of the tools. And if you try to ask or push for change, there's a very strong sense of learned helplessness, of "that's just the way it it" and "we work around this by...", instead of fixing the processes & tools themselves. This is also true for business processes in a lot of ways. There's things that are "just done this way", and if I'm not familiar with those processes, I'm treated with exasperation, not education. When I ask why things are done this way, no one knows. There's an overall sense that everyone just keeps their head down, stays in their own silo. For a "remote-first" company, it's pretty surprising that there's no funding toward that. No annual stipend, or even a one-time reimbursement. You're given a 24"(!?!) monitor and a laptop, and that's about it. Everwhere else I've been has had _something_ to help WFHers get setup, since we're so much cheaper than office rent.
