I worked at Crowe Horwath as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a lot good learning experiences. They are willing to teach and you are given a lot of opportunity to do things on your own. They truly do treat you like a staff, including the same training as staff and the ability to travel for engagements. Very fair compensation.

    Cons

The team is very impersonal, cliqueish and quick to jump to conclusions. No one gives proper feedback and they are very full of empty promises.

    Advice to Management

Give people the courtesy of a response, listen to your employee's needs, develop teams and become more transparent.
