Pros
Extremely helpful, friendly, and teamwork based working environment. Truly no-one brings down others and it fosters an environment of positivity and problem solving. A lot of people go out of their way to help or teach others.
Cons
Work life balance can be difficult at times. PTO is "take as you need" which puts pressure on people to not take as much time off. You feel guilty because its under your own jurisdiction.

Resource managers are useless. They talk a lot about Diversity and Inclusion, yet they only hire from specific universities and backgrounds, which erases any progress regarding increasing employees' diversity. Big4 pays more Medicore benefits

I don't say this lightly. I believe the people at Crowe are as human as possible. Great and supportive team. I been here for about six months and transition has been amazing compared to Big4.
Cons
Since coming from Big4 there is disadvantage to learning quick and technology. For example, in Big4 you can reach out to multiple people for questions because they have experts in many area or there is always unlimited supply of technology available to help with work that can be automated.
