I have been working at Crown Castle full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good solid wealthy company, excellent in entertaining their employees with social events. Solid executive management. Nice clean building. Some great employees to work with.

    Cons

Unexperienced, arrogant, misleading engineering management team, promotions and perks are based on friendships. No standards in performance reviews. If one of the managers does not like your personality, you are out of luck !

    Advice to Management

Closely audit and supervise intermidiate and junior management team. In my opinion, new management team should be appointed based on proper education and experience. Componsate properly the production team, and close the salary gap between the managers and the production engineering team.
